How do I edit or update my account information?
Log into your account with your user id and password. Once into your account you will see an
icon to the left of the persons name you want or need to edit. Click on that icon and you will pull up all the information on that person, make the appropriate changes or additions and then click on "Save Changes", and walla, you're done!! By the way, if there is a family member not included in our data base, click on the "Add Person" link on the bottom left. You do not need to actually complete the entire form for the changes to take effect. Just the clicking of "Save Changes" will do it!

What information will I need to provide?We’re glad you asked. Just the basics – contact information, password, user id, birthdate.... Wait. Your birthdate? Why do we need that? Three reasons, really – none of them with any hidden agenda:
- Knowing the life stage you’re in helps us make sure you get information that is helpful to you – and not the stuff that doesn’t apply
- This extra piece of information helps us guarantee your online account information is more secure
- Although there is no “inappropriate” content on our site whatsoever, certain areas are age restricted [prevent children from registering for adult events using their parent's credit card, for example]
