There are both serving & earning opportunities available.  Let me explain the difference, the serving opportunities are intended for those that are planning to request sponsorship money from friends and family members to help fund their mission trips.  The thought is that you will be earning the donations through these serving opportunities.

 

The money made on the earning opportunities will be paid evenly amongst those who worked.

 

You do not have to be going on a mission trip to join us on serving events, however we must fill spots with those going on trips first.

 

SERVING Opportunity # 1

  • Where: Marie Sandvik Center-Downtown MPLS
  • When: Tuesday, March 18th 4:30 -10:30 p.m.
  • What:  Wear jeans, t-shirts, tennis shoes. We will be working in the kitchen to prepare meals for the homeless.   
  • Need to be 11 years old
  • Need two Parent volunteers to chaperone.

SERVING Opportunity # 2

  • Where: Marie Sandvik Center
  • When: Saturday, March 22nd 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
  • What: Wear jeans, t-shirts, tennis shoes. We will be working in the kitchen to prepare and set-up for the Easter meal.   
  • Need to be 11 years old
  • Need two Parent volunteers to chaperone.

Serving opportunities will continually be added so check back frequently.

 

EARNING Opportunity # 1

  • Where: Horizons Community Church
  • When: Sunday, April 6th 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. 
  • What: Provide childcare for the guests of the 4th Annual Wild Game Dinner, Concert & Revival put on by the Hunt & Fish Ministry.     
  • Needs: Combination of 12 Middle & High Schoolers to provide this care.
  • Free Pizza will be served for dinner.
  • Earn $8.00/hour towards your mission trip

Earning Opportunity # 2

  • Where: Cub Foods Riverdale
  • When: May 10th  10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • What: Pack Groceries for free will offering 

Earning Opportunity # 3

  • Where: Cub Foods Riverdale
  • When: May 31st  10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • What: Pack Groceries for free will offerings.

Earning Opportunity # 4

  • Where: Horizons Community Church
  • When: Saturday, May 17th  7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • What: Garage Sale and Car Wash
